Summary of Duties: The Plant General Manager is the top management employee within ADCON. Oversee all aspects of the sign production process, from sale to installation. Communicate with all levels of employees as well as with Image One Industries to coordinate intercompany relations. 
 
Essential Duties:
·         Establish and carry out departmental and organizational goals, policies, and procedures. 
·         Direct and oversee an organization’s financial and budgetary activities. 
·         Manage general activities related to making products and providing services. 
·         Consult with other executives, staff, and board members about general operations. 
·         Negotiate and approve contracts and agreements. 
·         Appoint department heads and managers. 
·         Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other performance indicators. 
·         Identify places to cut costs and to improve performance, policies, and programs. 
 
Related Duties:
·         Maintain communication with office staff and production staff alike. 
·         Act as the point of contact for Image One intercompany projects, from sales, design, estimating, etc., to the production floor. 
·         Conduct weekly management meetings to ensure alignment of the leadership team. 
·         Compliance with company safety program and dress code.

Minimum Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related field or (10) years related manufacturing experience, sign experience preferred. 
·         Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
·         Proven track record planning and managing resources. 
·         Possess ability to manage multiple levels of employees in the business. 
·         Positive attitude and willingness to adapt. 
 
Preferred Skills:
·         Experience with Computer Systems – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
·         Knowledge of both HRIS and ERP systems.
·         Extensive management experience. 
·         Ability to keep a level head during tough interactions with customers, consumers, and other contractors.
·         Strong detail orientation in all aspects of the ADCON business. 
 
Physical and Mental Requirements:
·         Ability to sit and use a computer for long periods of time. 
·         Lift up to fifteen (15) pounds when necessary.
·         Perform the following tasks during the workday – reading, writing, speaking, listening, typing, siting, standing, and walking. 
 
Working Conditions: 
Full-time position in an office environment. The noise level is usually quiet to moderate. 
 
Working Hours:
Monday through Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM. Two (2) 15-minute rest breaks and one (1) 1-hour lunch break each day.

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $165,000/year
 
Compensation: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
